We will start working on the commissioned artwork only after receiving payment for the invoice. Refunds will not be possible after work has started.3. We reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.4. You agree to let us use, publish and display the commissioned work on our online profiles and galleries, unless you specifically ask for the work not to be published.5. You agree to and understand that we hold the rights only to the finished work, and we are not claiming ownership of any characters depicted unless they are our own.6. You are free to publish the commissioned work, as long as you credit us as the original artist.7. You may not mint the commissioned work as an “NFT” and or resell it in any way shape or form without my permission.8. You agree to have understood the lists of topics I will not draw (listed below) before ordering a commission.9.
