I will start working on the commissioned artwork only after receiving payment for the invoice. Refunds will not be possible after work has started.3. You agree to let me use, publish and display the commissioned work on my online profiles and galleries, unless you specifically ask for the work not to be published.5. You agree to and understand that I hold the rights only to the finished work, and I am not claiming ownership of any characters depicted unless they are my own.6. You are free to publish the commissioned work, as long as you credit me as the original artist.7. You may not mint the commissioned work as an “NFT” and or resell it in any way shape or form without my permission.8.
